At Rugs Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic substitute to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely tape it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or use our portal to schedule a convenient home pickup.
