How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to anchor your furniture. In a living room, at least the front legs of your seating should rest on the rug. In a dining room, ensure the rug extends at least 24 inches beyond the table edge so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming is recommended, but avoid using a beater bar on high-pile or shag rugs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents the rug from slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, and adds an extra layer of cushioning for comfort and durability.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
